The Panaad Festival is a yearly event held in the Visayas region of the Philippines. It was first celebrated in 1997 and has since become an important part of the Filipino culture. This festival celebrates the abundance of natural resources, as well as the local customs, beliefs, arts, music, food, and crafts of the area.

A highlight from previous years of the Panaad Festival is the Pagdayaw or Grand Parade. During this event, floats representing each municipality within the province parade through the streets with various colorful costumes. There are also beauty pageants for both men and women, showcasing the best of what the province has to offer. Other activities include traditional dances, singing competitions, fireworks displays, street parties, and much more.
